I’m a multicultural woman with French Canadian, Italian, and Ojibwe ancestry and I’m passionate about holistic health. A northern girl at heart, I enjoy spending time in nature with loved ones, playing with my animals, engaging my creativity, and experimenting in my kitchen.
At Horizon Healing, I offer virtual counselling from my home on Manitoulin Island in Ontario. As a psychotherapist, I strive to create an emotionally safe space that empowers self-discovery and authenticity.
The success of counselling is largely dependent on the relationship between a client and their therapist—what some people call a "therapeutic alliance.” Get to know me and my approach first, so you can discern if we’re a good fit.

Evidence shows that virtual therapy is just as effective as face to face services. The Jane App provides a secure online platform where we can connect. Compliant with privacy laws in Ontario, it allows us to meet safely from wherever you are. The evidence-based therapies that I use are easily adaptable to be offered in a virtual setting, allowing you to choose your preferred location for your healing journey.
